HOW TO DEAL WITH ANGER AND STRESS

dealing with anger can be different for other people but this seems to work for some people
  • you can either do some breathing exercises-deep in and out normally works
  • get a punch-bag-great exercise and will help
  • get some headphones and get lost in the music-i suggest Matt Nathanson his music is inspiring
  • finally if they don't work.......come to me i will help dealing with the anger. everyone deals with stress differently! you just have to find something that works for you!
  • OH AND DON'T TRY TO COMMIT SUICIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
