- you can either do some breathing exercises-deep in and out normally works
- get a punch-bag-great exercise and will help
- get some headphones and get lost in the music-i suggest Matt Nathanson his music is inspiring
- finally if they don't work.......come to me i will help dealing with the anger. everyone deals with stress differently! you just have to find something that works for you!
- OH AND DON'T TRY TO COMMIT SUICIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
